At Lucknow Skin Shop and Boot Barn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium leather goods and footwear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boots are placed in their original box without tape or labels directly on the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
